Their faulty lock system had me locked out of my room for hours. I was headed down stairs to check out and went to grab a cart for my luggage a few feet away. When I came back, my key wouldn't work. I headed downstairs and after 2 more trips between my room and their front desk, they finally decided to troubleshoot. I almost missed an important event I drove 8 hours to attend. Thankfully one of their employees drove me at my request. Also, the door on the bathroom wouldn't close without creating a tremendous amount of noise. I'd paid with credit card and some miles. They refuse to refund instead they've offered me a night's stay in the future...fat chance that I would ever stay there again.
