Property and amenities well excellent, only issue was the beds was very uncomfortable, couldnt sleep due to discomfort.
Consttuction was also carried out on the premises which starts at 7am which is very disturbing

been a regular guest over about 20 years but this visit was the worst experience i have ever received in a motel.so bad i will never stay there again. each time i received a phone call to sort an overcharging issue it became worse. to lose a regular customer over such a piddly amount leaves me dumbfounded. I will never return

The first room we were given stunk like prawns. The lift was not working from the car park. And there was no carpark available for high vehicles.

Our stay at the Executive was excellent. The best part of our stay was the friendliness and great service from the staff. From entering the lobby, to the pool, gym, club and in the morning the staff were happy, friendly and kind. It makes all the difference when managing long days travelling between places. Thank you

We booked here because of the pool, and when we checked in, they informed the pool was closed due to elec issue. It was a bit disappointing since it was our only night there.
We did visit the pool the next morning and discovered that we didnt get supplied the pool towels that should have been in our room. So not sure if they didnt supply towels knowing the pool wasnt open.
The 2nd lift also was not working that was right near our room for easy access to the pool so it was a bit of a walk to get down to the pool.
Just seemed like a bit of maintenance is needed to keep everything up to date.
Room was nice. Stayed in a room that had the separate lounge area. Bathroom was nice with double shower heads but toilet sat really close to the shower screen.
Connected to the leagues club and free parking.
I would stay here again if the pool was open as it added a little downer to the stay.
