Red Roof Inn Mystic - New London

No locks on any of the doors! No working phones! No working internet! Shady people working there! Just terrible! Will NEVER stay here again!!!!!

I had a nice quiet stay here id come again. My host Samantha Sweeney was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything . My kids and I loved our stay and will definitely be back again anytime we need a getaway

I had booked my stay online for two weeks, the end of the two weeks was coming and we decided to renew for a little longer to stay in town and there was an issue with something when we went to renew, I had paid in property and it was not appearing in the system later on that evening. Sweeney Sumanth was so kind and patient and really helped me get things sorted to make sure we were all set! On top of the staff being kind and amazing they have redone a lot of the rooms and added little kitchenettes and full sized fridges and a mircrowave/air fryer which I thought was super awesome. It gives such a homey feeling when you’re staying here. I highly recommend staying here. It has been a wonderful time, very seamless and stress free. 10/10 for us!

Had a very nice time here! Despite what I expected and unlike other hotels, everything was on point here! Great experience; super, super clean; hot water, amenities up front and great Wi-Fi signal! In particular, Sumanth S. was very helpful. Ended up staying the week as a result of her assistance. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at the red roof inn on 701 coleman st in new london for about a month. During our stay Sumanth Sweeney helped us with everything from check in to check out. He was helpful with everything we needed and we noticed how pleasant he was to deal with. Sumanth Sweeney was definitely the easiest employee to interact with and we found to be the most helpful. We will definitely be staying at the Red Roof more often because of his help.

Love it here Johnny & Soman, house staff, maintenance all very nice. The rooms are beautiful updated linens clean, pillows clean, endless hot water, and all very warm in my room, I’ve been staying here when I’m New London since about Jan 2024. I work nearby and it’s easy access here right off the highway.

The front desk receptionist,Sumanth Sweeney was very friendly & helpful. Made great recommendations for local sightseeing & went above & beyond. Friendly staff,onsight laundry & rooms have nice amenities. Convenient location to highways
