At the beginning of this stay, we needed to change the room due to a chemical smell. The attendant was helpful, and the task was accomplished quickly. The breakfast was ok, but there were some watching eyes that no one would take food to their room. You also had to give a food voucher for breakfast in order to be served. The highlight was a brand new member of the team who had excellent customer service skills. He tried his best to make it as pleasant as possible, even though he wasn't given the tools. Kudos to Mark and the person who hired him. It was obvious that he has previous experience in this field. The pool hadn't been taking care of and it really could use some TLC.
