This hotel is booked with children to visit the school. It is very convenient to visit the school. The room is clean and tidy. It is in line with this level of hotel. The front desk clerk check-in speed is still very fast.

Not bad, the room is large, the check-in and check-out procedures are very convenient.

My daughter and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for two nights. We initially had a bit of a hiccup (no hot water), but the AGM (Sean) made it right and moved us to a new room where everything was perfect! It was a quiet room (facing the back), the bed was super comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the pool!!! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect (close to all the places in CT we wanted to see) and there were several restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Barbarie's Black Angus Grill - literally across the street from the hotel.

The new manager, who said he was just in from Los Angeles was fantastic.. I know his name but don't want to spell it wrong.. but he was the most friendly person I've met. He had nothing in mind but our satisfaction. He is truly an asset to your company, and the reason I would come back to LaQuinta in Danbury.. kudos to him and this staff. Also the room attendants were marvelous. they were prompt and courteous regarding when to come in and clean and when they did it was a through cleaning.. clean sheets every day! Who does that these days.. in the last hotel we stayed at a month ago in the same city, we had to leave towels in a bag hanging from the doorknob.. not here.. came in every day and replaced anything we needed.. no questions asked.. all I think of a marvelous General Manager of the hotel. The food in the morning was excellent.. great variety.. good coffee, and a wonderful lady who took care of it all and if it was close to closing the food time and you came down, she insisted to go and get what you wanted and she waited.. again, who gives service like that now.. No one that we know of.. I had a great experience and will stay there again in a few months when I have to return for more work. And we were there for 15 nights.. WOW! What a wonderful property! The room was very clean, and the property was quiet. There are restaurants within walking distance, and the property is centrally located. The service staff was busy beautifying the grounds all three days we were there by planting new flowers and dutifully sweeping the lot. Do yourself a favor and stay here when you are in the area!

A quick drive from NYC and a world away. Lovely grounds, indoor and outdoor pools are a nice size and kept clean and in good shape, rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. We choose to stay here each year for a quick stop en route to New England. My kids love this hotel for the pools and as an adult, the heated pool feature is really nice. The fitness center is really good. The tavern is fine and great to have dinner (outdoor) poolside.

The town environment is very good, the room is clean enough, but there is always a stuffy smell. check-in/out are self-service, and I pick up the door card at the door box for self-service. I was in a hurry in the morning and forgot to leave a tip.
