Property is a little outdated but I loved how everything was walking distance and the layout of the room. Do wish there was an ice machine on the third floor but other than that I enjoyed my stay

Clean, and as elegant and comfortable as it appeared on web. Thin walls though, and sound travels easily from central commons area.

Dominique was the only staff we met the first day. Nobody answered the phone/ dinner recommendations were horrible. we needed toilet paper.

This is an older building, but well-kept maintained. It is within easy walking distance of the Convention Center and the Riverwalk Plaza. Even though the neighborhood is a little sketchy (like most downtown places, to be honest) the security of the building and rooms is excellent. The front desk is staffed only from around 9 to 5 on most days; also, the bed had only a sheet and a heavy comforter--so unless you adjust the thermostat correctly, you're either too hot or too cold (so, another ligher-weight blanket would have helped). But those two things are the only negatives I noticed. I was on the whole quite happy with the place and would gladly stay there again. Thanks again to the very helpful staff!

This property is in a great location being midway between the Conference centre and the French Quarter, both being an easy walk.
There are plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The river walk is also nearby.
I gave the property a lower rating than I otherwise would because the description did not state that the windows faced toward the internal space. So there was no view, and we kept the shutters closed most of the time because it was too easy to see inside the units.

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. My only complaint would be the absence of parking but we were directly across from the ****** so there is more than enough parking in the area. Dom, was amazing in providing information and assisting with everything related to my stay.

It’s great unless your a woman traveling by herself! I did feel a little on edge while there, but that is just my over cautious self, with my husband I felt safe, the staff were so kind, it’s was around a lot of great things that were only a 20 minute walk. Parking wa a confusing but we figured it out
