Roami at Factors Row

Absolutely loved our stay at Roami. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Canal Street, shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The only downside is our room was next to the street where the streetcar went by making it a bit noisy. If staying again I’d ask for a room on opposite side of hotel.

Roami at Factors Row has a lot to offer. The location is great --- you can walk to all significant sights in the city and there are a few good coffee shops and pizza places close by. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area provided the perfect amount of space for our family. The downsides: Check in is advertised as 4PM, but our unit was not ready until after 4:30. The area that is available to hold your luggage while you wait for your room is not locked or secure. We were there at 12:30, but our room wasn't ready, so we went out to explore the city. Had to carry a heavy bag with us as we did not feel comfortable leaving our electronics in this area. Our unit was on the first floor by the courtyard where other guests gathered late at night and were very loud. I still believe the pros outweigh the cons, especially considering the price you pay for the amount of space you get.

Great layout and location!

We loved everything about Roami. The location was perfect for us as it was away from the hectic French quarter but close enough to walk there. The 2br unit itself was clean & spacious & had everything we needed. Plenty big enough for 2 couples. Check in was smooth & easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting NOLA.

The property is good. It is located in a good area, close enough to most things while being in a quiet area of New Orleans. I would stay here again, but it lacks any kind personable experience. You most likely wont even see a live human that works there. Thats not so much the problem, but the constant communication via phone was weird. If there is a problem, I dont know who would come and deal with it. It just seems silly. I had a pretty good stay, but I wouldnt stay there again.

Great property, very well maintained and spacious apartments. Had all of the amentiies we needed as well as a beautiful corridor to spend time and grill. Prime location as well, close enough to the FQ but far enough to not deal w/the noise and traffic. Highly recommend!

Clean and well stocked with coffee, tea bags, soap, shampoo, hand soap, and detergent for dishwasher and nice sheets and towels. My husband complained about the tv being hard to use, but that didn’t bother me. I did get the attendant to come to the room and walk me through using the tv.

I enjoyed my stay here with this being my first time traveling to New Orleans. When I come back I hope this establishment is available for me to stay at.
