A great place to stay for a business trip. The room was quite large, complete with sitting area, full kitchen, bedroom and dressing area. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing. Ciara checked me in, and had a huge smile throughout the process. I saw her almost every day and that smile was always there. The Manager John was very helpful, especially when I had checked out, and due to power outages, needed to check back in! I definitely want to stay here again when I need to travel back to New Orleans for business.

My stay was due to an unexpected storm. I arrive late evening, Friday, May 17 and was greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of John. I was able to secure a very nice room because of him. I ended up staying for another night. He was professional, gracious and considerate. Cierra at the front desk was also professional, very nice and helpful. Room was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. My encounter with the staff and stay at this hotel was what I needed to relax and get through the stress of everything. Susan Cortese McKinney

Great service. Helpful made the whole situation really easy. Gave a police discount and allowed pets. Checked in right after booking. Big room, soft bed and pillows, tv everything you need. Lots of options for food in the area. Clean facility. Manger was nice and so was the front desk staff.

Upon check in we ran into some issues but they were able to accommodate us in another way. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff Stanley was such a breath of fresh air. He was always smiling and giving us recommendations on different eating places and sites to go see. He made our stay so worth it!

Very accommodating when we asked for a late check out (and I mean late - 3:00) and the staff at the front desk were some of the friendliest people we’ve been around in a hotel setting. John especially. I highly recommend this hotel and we will most definitely stay here again.
