Historic Charm Meets Modern Comfort: Condo in Historical Picayune Building

Lovely spot in a great location! Wife and I shared with another couple. Plenty of space. Private. Conveniently located. Well appointed. Loved it!

Very nice condo and well equipped. Great communication with host! Good location. Disappointed that we had to walk down a filthy alley to empty trash. Homeless people in alley. Could use some hooks in bathrooms as there was nowhere to put/hang washcloths or anything other than two towels.

Excellent location and a very nice unit, but unfortunately we had another family walk in on us one day while we were relaxing due to an error on the owners behalf. I have never had this happen before. This left an unsettling feeling for the rest of the trip and certainly got that family off on the wrong foot. Unfortunately this is why I cannot givr the place more than 3 stars. Hopefully this gets corrected.

We had the best stay at this condo during our daughters volleyball tournament in New Orleans! The host was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful from start to finish. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. After long tournament days, it was the perfect place to come back and relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

This place was perfect! It gave 2 couples plenty of space and privacy. It was very clean, and the location was fantastic! The host was very respectful and responsive when I reached out. I highly recommend this place to others!
