Nous y avons passé 2 nuits, l’accueil fut parfait. La localisation est idéale loin et proche de Bourbon street, en face de Amstrong park, et donc facile pour rayonner à pied. Souci de chambre ( ascenseur mitoyen en panne), dont les porte s’ouvrent et ferment en permanence. Changement de chambre immediatet upgradée. Les recommandations de restaurants se sont limitées, à nous envoyer sur Bourbon street ! alors que à 3 ou4 minutes, de lHotel, sur la même avenue se trouve deux restaurants: 1 pour les gros budgets : Mamou ( non testé) et un restaurant bar avec une petite cour interieure tres calme et jolie, peu cher :American Townhouse.

This property is old and needs serious attention. Getting hot water is vey problematic. As this hotel is in the French Quarter, noise will always be an issue. The staff are friendly but can’t do much to fix the problems. Best Western needs to invest in infrastructure and decor.

It is very easy to access Bourbon Street and all parts of New Orleans. Tour buses pick you up at the door. The hot breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Front desk was super helpful and giving us suggestions. The parking garage was secure and safe. The grounds are very clean.

Sehr gute Lage! Komplettes French Quarter, French Market, Frenchmen Street, St. Louis Cathedral, Steamboat Natchez ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöner und ruhiger Innenhof mit Pool, Parkplatz durch Gitter geschützt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite, das sehr ruhig war. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas dunkel und die Fußböden werden nicht, oder nur sehr schlecht, gereinigt.

Great Hotel for first timers in New Orleans. In French Quarter close to Bourbon St., Hotel was safe and secure as well as clean and accommodating. Staff was friendly and helped with dining and entertainment suggestions. Only negative was how tight the parking lot is , although it was gated and and secure it is hard to navigate for a larger car. Once parked everything is within walking or public transportation distance.

Great location, clean room. Paper thin walls, heard everything, Elevator opening and closing all night was really loud. Our room was right by Elevator, other rooms further away probably were fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
