The hotel is located in a quiet location, only about 10 minutes' walk from the scenic spot. The service in the lobby is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and everything is available. The gym is on the top floor and has all the facilities. There is a cafe opposite the hotel with delicious coffee and bread.

This is absolutely of the nicest and cleanest hotels in New Orleans. The staff is excellent. They are professional, friendly, and outgoing. They are informed and offer excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend. It's near the French Quarter and close to the Riverwalk mall, the ******, and good food. I prefer suites but what's most important is that my room is clean and comfortable. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again whether I have a suite or not.

Was okay but I expected more from a Ren. Very worn inside the rooms. Service was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Plastic cups and plastic shower curtain were disappointing. Great location. Updating and finer touches would help.

The worst part of this hotel is the HVAC. While it was warm when I traveled there in April 2024, I can't imagine going in the heat of summer. My colleague and I experienced the same issues as did others I asked in the hallway, that the rooms DO NOT cool down. When you leave the room the AC turns off and it never gets tolerable in the rooms. I had my room set at 66 and it never got below 75, as did my colleague. When I mentioned this to the sales executive she said that the Director of Operations and Front Office Leaders would reach out personally, and that never happened. Also if you are an elite member, the hotel has an elite members room, but by no means a concierge club. The room offers water, coffee, chips and breakfast bars. The rooms are dated and the executive room I was put in was missing a chair. If you want a hotel room that is stuffy and hot, then then this is a place for you.
