Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette French Quarter Area Hotel

The reception staff and Bell Man were beyond lovely. My wine unfortunately smashed in my suitcase and they went beyond the call of duty to help make sure everything was dry and clean in time for my flight. They also gave some really useful tips for restaurants in the vicinity when I checked in! Creole House is very near and delicious. I liked the location of this hotel, you could walk to most of the main attractions bourbon street ect but also easy to get an uber too at night time or if it was too hot!

This hotel was lovely, I would ask for a room that's not next to the bell was a little loud. But all in all the staff where fantastic and friendly, the girl that checked us in was very helpful and told us all about the festival that was on etc. The pillows are honestly the best I have ever slept with. We payed a deposit on arrive and was told we would receive when we checked out and still waiting, we have stayed at other hotels in the past 3 weeks and receive all back straight away. The hotel is in a great location

No internet during my stay which was 3 days...that was rough for a business trip

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just out of the action of Burbon Street, but close by. The rooms are large and comfortable and the amenities are more than reasonable. We want to single out the amazing service provided by Yvette who gave great advice every day and did it in a most friendly and caring way. We also had a great interaction with Thuron (not sure of the spelling) at the front desk and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. We would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Brad at the front desk was delightful and patient. My room was outdated. Nothing closed all the way (i.e., shower door, cabinet door where fridge is stored). The room was dingy so it looked some staining on the marble and bathroom wasn’t quite clean. Lastly, the pillows were awful. As soon as you laid on them they went flat. I slept on all four pillows and still was almost level with the mattress.

Orlando Smiley in Valet was phenomenal! He deserves a raise. Celeste at the front desk was very pleasant alsoThe curtains in our room has some spots on it, - thought they were bugs! Will definitely stay again! This is a new favorite of mine in NOLA. See YA again really soon!

I frequent New Orleans and have never found a mid-priced hotel stay to be pleasant UNTIL I found the Renaissance. I stayed in Oct & had a wonderful experience, so I was cautiously optimistic that it would be the same this time. It was. I highly recommend this hotel!

I just want to give extreme gratitude towards everyone there at Renaissance Pere Marquette. We stayed during a very busy St Patrick’s Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! From Check in/out reception, Valet, Concierge, Management….All staff were amazing! I did want to mention some staff members that made our stay remarkable. I’m not sure of Glenn’s title there but he is a Ray of Sunshine. I did appreciate his greetings coming to and from the hotel. Wished I could take Glenn and walk the whole city talking to him! Thank you for that Glenn! Everyone needs a Glenn in there life! Manager Clenisha was just so helpful, patient and kind. She is authentic and went above and beyond helping us. She showed great kindness towards my son and I appreciate you Clenisha . The hotel is ran beautiful under her management and it shows! Ms Yvette w/ concierge is so pleasant and helpful. I’m thankful for your guidance during our stay…Thank you to Ms Coria & Ms Virginia too! Great employees! Everyone! I wished I would’ve gotten the names in Valet. Every last one of the staff members was quick, polite and just took there time w/ us. They took good care of our Truck. You know Texans and their trucks! Drove our vehicle like a true Texan…thank you to all the employees there in Valet! We see you!!!! Location, location, location! This location is Perfect! The property is clean & beautiful! Rooms are equally clean & beautiful…and quite! We didn’t make it over to the restaurant side but we’ll be back next month and we’ll be sure we pop in & try it out! I’m sure it’s going to be good as it was always busy when we were walking past. Coffee shop inside before valet was good too! Loved the convenience of that! A million thanks Pere Marquette!
