Avoid this hotel because they do lots of mistakes that will make you nervous along your trip! Examples, they sent me email they canceled my reservation, after 20 hours travel trip!! Walking in the airport doing lots of calls due to a mistake of an employer !! Imagine how nervous situation!! Again, they gave a 20$ coupon to use in the lounge, after use, they charged me !! a mistake of an employer who didnt notice im given a coupon!! They didnt return the money. For both mistakes no one at least apologise!! In this hotel, you will stay nervous along your trip!! Dont ruin it!

I had a terrific experience here and recommend this hotel without reservation. Brittney Clark in particular is amazing— her bubbly spirit and willingness to help you makes you feel right at home, So much so I told her i may move there. Lol Daniella was new but was good company behind the bar. Adam and everyone behind the front desk were helpful and gave great advice on where to go, what to see and how to get there. 10/10 experience for my first time there. Looking forward to returning.

Cameron Minnard - Front Desk Brittany Clark - Sr Rooms Ops Mgr Reynard Cheatham - Rooms Op Mgr Raquel - M Lounge Ms Pat Catarina and Marllyn - Housekeeping Kalib - Bartender One opportunity for improvement at this hotel: The M Club should serve beer and wine during Happy Hour. First M Club we've been to without any alcoholic drinks.

great location, close to french quarter and the convention centre. The M club is good as they provide alight breakfast and drinks. I was surprised to find out at 650 USD per night the breakfast is not included. Also at check out we were asked to pay additional 150 USD for destination fee, when I questioned what this was, I was told they provided 20 USD per day room credit that doesn't roll over and 120 USD local tour gift vouchers however at check in I was told this is complimentary included in the room fee. if it is complimentary why do you charge 150USD if you are going to charge it, let people know upfront so they are not mislead.

The property is recently remodeled and is beautiful. The staff is professional, polite, and welcoming. Kashanna checked us in, and Brittany and Adam have tended to every detail and our every need since. They are expert hosts. We love this property.

Dont reserve in this hotel! Non professional at all. you will stay nervous along your trip! Canceled my resevation suddenly upon my arrival date after 20 hours flight, by mistake! upon arrival gave me 20$ coupon to use in the lounge, i used 25, they withdraw 30$!! again by mistake!! you will keep recieving money withdraw msgs and instead of enjoy your trip you will spend it nervouse of their surprises!

We stayed for a Girls Trip and everyone from valet, front desk and bell service made the stay great! Frances made the BEST Bloody Mary and Fancy Screw Driver for us! She was so sweet and helpful! Our beignets were Amazing as well! They were even better than Cafe Du Mondes!
