Hotel was great, but only 1 elevator working! The valet parking was a bit slow and they were never around you had to go looking for them or knocking on there door so they knew you were there and you needed your car! Overall very nice hotel and close to everything!

Room was small and not worth the price. There are far better options in the French Quarter. Was put in a handicap room and the shower was poorly designed as the water would go all over if the bathroom. The actual shower was not sloped towards the drain. Closet door hinge dropped to screws while we were there. It seems that the recent renovations were not well done. Room was quiet and staff was generally nice and helpful, though they did charge me $3.00 for a drink that was within my daily Platinum credit. Won’t stay there again as there are much better options nearby.
