The biggest highlight of the hotel is that it is in a very central location. It is very convenient to go to the French Quarter at night. It is also very convenient to various tourist attractions and the public security nearby is also good. Although the environment is not excellent, it is still good. The hygiene is very good. Although the breakfast is simple, it is still full. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time.

It's dog-friendly, so even large dogs come and bark all night. No soundproofing.
I wonder if the air conditioner filter is clean. Bedding and toilet are clean.

Ótimo hotel! Localização perfeita para quem encara conhecer a cidade caminhando a pé. O quarto 804 é muito bom. Tudo funcionou , como chuveiro ; tv ; ar condicionado e cofre para guardar dinheiro e passaporte. Perto do Fillmore Club ; do French Quarter e do Rio Mississipi. Recomendo.

Let me start out positive. Great Location! Otherwise probably one of the worst BW we’ve stayed at. First, the room was like a cave. No windows and small. It took 5 minutes for the cold water to get hot. What a waist of water going down the drain. Bathroom small with limited counter space. Took 2 hours for the desk lamp to become bright. Asked for house keeping at the front desk since we were staying two nights. Never happened. When I called down to complain the lady never apologized, just told me if I wanted clean towels to come down to get them. Terrible customer service. Breakfast only lasted two hours! So you crammed all your hotel guest in that window frame with not enough eggs and no seating available. We had to go back to our cave. Parking is off site and NOT FREE. I’ve stayed at over 100 BW and this has to be the worst.

My room had a cockroach in it. Hotel staff refused to refund me any money for it.
