We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The lady and gentleman that were at the front desk around 11am on 2/9 were WONDERFUL (I forgot their names)! We got there early and didn't know what to do. They talked with us, gave us recommendations on where to go (and not to go). We had a great lunch on the river thanks to their recommendation. They even offered to get us into the room early as soon as they could so we wouldn't have to sit in the lobby! The hotel smelled cleaned when we walked in. Some of the halls had bad smells (but it honestly smelled like stale cigarettes from the guests). If I had to find one thing that I didn't like, it would be the toilet paper holder in our room (303). It's loose and kept falling to the side causing the toilet paper to keep falling to the floor. it was annoying. When we did check-in later that afternoon, the staff at that time was just as pleasant and gave us fresh baked cookies! Our bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was pretty decent (unlike every other hotel in America). We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. Great job staff!!!!!
