The room is quite big, with a kitchen. It is cleaned every seven days if you live in a row. If you need to change towels, you can ask the front desk to send them. The environment is good, there is a swimming pool, it is quiet at night, and the breakfast is quite rich, but the sound of the air conditioner in the room is loud. Overall good value for money 👍

This property was ok. I like the apartment set up so there was extra privacy it gave. I do think there needs to be some updated and the elevator had a old moldy smell to it but overall good. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't experience the amenities like breakfast, gym, etc

I've stayed hete before and loved it, i will say a lot has changed. Specifically apperance wise, but the staff was impeccable so the little things didnt bother me. Room was also nice and tidy, I would stay again.

Checked into our room. Had a dirty towel on the back of the toilet. Made me question if room was actually clean or not. Towel racks hanging off the wall not installed properly. Bath tub finish scratched off of surface. Needs some updates and better QC to ensure rooms are clean and ready for service. Was promised Sonesta points but never received email. I made sure property Manager had correct email. But still received nothing.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly. The rooms could be cleaner, ie dust in corners, a little hair on the floor. The shower had a rust stain. Could hear the cars outside, but it was pretty quiet at night. Besides those things, it was a pleasant stay. We were able to park across the street in a pay lot for $30 per night. We walked EVERYWHERE. Pretty convenient location. Near lots of Eateries. Walked to Jackson Square Fulton Alley.
I’d stay again.
