We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in May 24. The room was comfortable and probably the first time when dressing table, light, chair and plug was all in the same area, as it should be. Comfortable beds and pillows. Buffet breakfast included, with hot and cold choices, constantly topped up by the lovely, cheerful Guatamolan kitchen waiter. Breakfast could have been extended to 10 o’clock weekdays, as well as weekends. People are on holiday, after all. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special praises to the lovely, cheerful receptionist, Ieashia Bagwell. Super location with streetcar right outside hotel to get into the French District, a lovely, short journey to start the day and to come back from the hubbub at the end of the day.

Super Hotel im Garden District. Sehr gutes mexikanisches Restaurant gleich nebenan. Cablecar Haltestelle direkt davor. Zimmer sauber und modern. Früstück gut.

This is my go-to hotel for visiting my Tulane student. The location is perfect, convenient to streetcar and a pleasant walk to campus. My room is always pristine, and this time I appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion that was available. Breakfast options are plentiful and fresh, and the front desk people are always friendly and helpful. And the bed is really comfy too!

The property advertises long-term parking for $8. This is not true. They do not honor this with ******* customers. They say this is only when you book direct. Not sure why it is advertised that way. Kind of a scam

The staff is great. We arrived early for check in and they let us check in with no problems. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent quiet/safe Garden District location with a streetcar stop a few steps/half a block away. Staff friendly enough. Rooms clean. Expansive living room to enjoy the free breakfast
