Great location!!! The staffs were really nice and helpful. Would recommend to stay here!!

When we opened the door to our suite, we were in awe of how spacious, well decorated, and comfortable it was. We had already passed by the beautiful atrium, and enjoyed wonderful service at the front desk. We are so thankful we booked this suite, and will definitely visit again!

We had an amazing stay for the Mardi Gras festivities. The room was larger than expected. The staff was helpful and polite. My only negative was I had to pay an additional 200$ for parking because there is little parking at the hotel itself.

Although the staff were incredibly kind... there is not a lot of parking available. The water heater must be really small too because we had to take cold showers. The room had a weird smell and the rooms are very small.

Ideal immediatelly by the French quarter, but this place needs lots of work and love to make it to todays standards. Also no breakfast available.

Hi. I have been going back and forth about reviewing this “hotel”. To begin with, it has such incredible potential. However, my understanding is that some of the rooms are privately owned and then rented out as hotel rooms. The hotel room that we were assigned..Room 513 was one of those rooms. Honestly, thinking more about this room it could actually be a death trap if a fire erupted in the kitchen area. To get to the bathroom, you have to pass through a very narrow doorway and there is no exit in the back. The bedroom is loaded with extension cords that don’t seem safe or up to any code. The bathroom was a mess. There was a jacuzzi that did not work and the handles on the shower were impossible to figure out. The tub spigot did not adequately fit to the tile. Finally, in the middle of the night I felt something biting my thigh. I yanked it off and threw it across the room. It was dark but it may have been a cockroach. But I cannot verify that. It’s a shame because this place has a perfect location and could be so special. If I went back, I would ask to see the room first. Maybe a hotel room as compared to a privately owned room would be better???

The staff was super helpful and always friendly, the building was secure. We enjoyed a small apar**ent-like space.

Staff and location were great. Cool older hotel in a great location to the French quarter. Would definitely stay again.

One block from beginning of French Market and one block from Frenchmen St (better then Bourbon St its where the locals go).
