Average Marriott in the warehouse district. Clean, safe, only thing I'd say is that a PIERCING shrill fire alarm was going off at check-in for 3 *DAYS* straight. They kept saying an engineer was coming to fix it and this went on for my entire stay. I would just urge whoever is running this hotel to teach their staff how to mitigate this crazy, screeching alarm. After 3 days it becomes clear that they actually want to create a brutally oppressive environment, on purpose, nobody is that incompetent. Their streaming services like Pluto TV also constantly crash. You can get about 10 seconds of a movie, then it freezes. Also they don't honor the platinum 4PM late checkout so if you want your status perks stay at a different Marriott. Overall, probably the jankiest Marriott I've ever stayed at. Just clear nobody really cares whether stuff works or not. I wish people in NOLA would take more pride in their jobs.

Overall satisfied, not bad. It's close to the conference center and the parking fee is cheaper than surrounding hotels. Still very good. Breakfast is relatively simple with not much variety. Cleaning doesn't come every day.

From beginning to end, this stay was absolutely outstanding. Guests should note that this property offers mandatory valet service; however, in our experience, it was among the best valet services we have encountered. Both the hotel staff and valet team provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Our room was enormous, impeccably clean, and offered a wonderful view that truly captured the culture and scenery of New Orleans. While the hotel is conveniently located near the Superdome, Smoothie King Center, convention center, and cruise ship ports, visitors should be aware that navigating the surrounding streets can be slightly confusing due to their layout. The property features multiple elevators, making access to rooms efficient and hassle-free. The breakfast and common areas are spacious, with ample seating and multiple televisions for guest enjoyment. Breakfast offerings were plentiful, with a wide variety of options, and staff consistently ensured that items were well stocked. The beverage selection was equally impressive. In addition to these amenities, the hotel also offers a pool and guest laundry services, which add to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. My only minor concern was that, despite staying in a two-bedroom suite, the sole bathroom was located within one of the bedrooms rather than in a shared common area. That said, this did not detract significantly from an otherwise exceptional experience. I would absolutely stay here again in the near future. Congratulations to the entire team—you truly got everything right. I was very impressed.

The customer service at front desk was excellent (Tie, Tivionte, Tanesha) along with leadership of manager, Bobby Johnson.

Stay here! Very pretty place. Renovated, rooms are comfy, great location. And Tie helped me soooo much! She was incredible making my last minute business zoom meeting happen. Thank you!

The staff were not friendly or hospitable. Pretty much any request I had was responded with a no or that will be an extra charge. My Marriott status provides a late check out if available, but the desk staff couldn’t even give me an answer. I was suppose to down load an app to request a late check out. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. The only redeeming feature was location.

To start when making reservation I asked about parking they told me their was free parking. When we arrived we were told we had to valet park and that was $47.23. We had to wait for car cause all attendant's vanished when we had to go to airport to get rest of family as well as when we came back from airport. When I was in bathroom went to get up floor was slick and I fell hit rack and hurt my face pretty good, lots of blood. Yes I was sober. Went to front desk to tell them lets just say no real concern from them there. Went on Cruise. Got home and called, person that I connected to was rude and asked if I did an incident report. I said I was not asked to. She said they are not allowed to ask if you need medical attention you have to ask them. I just wanted to inform them the risk of their floors. Yes hoped someone would apologize. But guess they might feel they have to be responsible. Just got attitude and felt stupid. She is going to email me a incident report to fill out. Sure that will be more of a waste of time. So why bother. A kind word or gesture would of gone along way. Awful customer service, dangerous rooms. Room was also not that clean. Glad only one night there. Will never stay their again. Expectation of a Marriott was higher then what we got. Never again patron a Marriott.

Room very clean and this hotel has the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are all updated except for the room coffee maker. Instead of adding machines that use pods they have the old style with little trays. Breakfast area very clean and food ok. Although the site said they had a restaurant I never found one.
One odd thing to note is the extremely cold temps in the hallways in the winter.
Would stay here again.
