This was my first time at Hotel Fontenot and it was fabulous! The staff were friendly and served in pure excellence! Marvin, I told you I would review you all! Marvin is a professional with knowledge of all to do in the hotel. He made sure my stay was comfortable and even sent texts to make sure the room and service was top notch! The bed is amazing! Be sure to check in and see what live performances they may have during your stay. I will stay there again, God willing!

We loved this hotel. Stylish and a great location, not too close to the party streets, but close enough to walk. There are also two wonderful restaurants. We would stay here again.

We’ve never been to a hotel where every member of the staff — front desk, valets, housekeeping — was so consistently and genuinely warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Wonderful vibe. Our room was spacious, well stocked, very clean, and comfortable. Location in warehouse district near French Quarter and Central Business District was ideal. Great restaurants in walking distance. Terrific experience.

I wish, they had a coffee machine in the room, specially for those of us leaving supper early, I prefer that to the snacks. Besides that everything else was great. Is an incredible place to adventure out of.

Everything from the location to the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday trip special. There was a little hiccup with a fire evacuation, and they did their best to make sure all of the guests were safe, informed, and comfortable. They even comped a breakfast for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t their fault. Thank you!!

Staying at the Kimpton - Hotel Fontenot was superb! This is the only hotel you need to stay at while visiting New Orleans. We were here for my 40th birthday trip and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The staff was excellent and Emma at the front desk was outstanding. The decor and service were excellent. This hotel was a quick walk to everything. A cute 9 min walk to Bourbon street, 8 min walk to shops at the River Walk. Simply perfect. The staff was awesome and the rooms were so cute and spacious. 10/10 stay. Will definitely be back!
