Unique hotel but we got put on a very noisy room, 221 Construction and trash removal in ally where we were located.

Great location to everything that we wanted to do. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, quiet rooms. The restaurant served delicious food. We had a wonderful stay, we would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Step into a unique vibe in this New Orleans treasure. Well located to all the city has to give and a charm of it's on. Relax and recharge at the Elzia Jane.

The Eliza Jane billed a 'Destination Fee' of $30 daily; this amount was not included in the daily rate of the original offer (it was in the fine print underneath). I may of picked a different hotel otherwise. Room was clean, but otherwise just so-so, several lukewarm showers, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no luggage stands, few hangers, etc.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The ambiance is clean, comfort with a unique style. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious & clean and the bed was so comfortable I could’ve slept for days. I can’t wait to return, wonderful experience overall

The propertly was beautiful and the room was pretty. My biggest complaint is the fact that the hotel has charged me twice for the room and is doing nothing to help me resolve this.

Lovely hotel with inviting staff and great amenities in a prime location.
I traveled with friends and loved my room. Highly recommend getting a Magazine street view room otherwise you’ll be in a dark room with no windows.
