Went for Mardi Gras. didn't know what to expect because prices everywhere were so high and this one was the most reasonable. Rooms and service were clean and felt very safe. Staff was exceptional. Would come back again. About 15 min. walk from Bourbon Street and Main Square.

Room was spacious and clean, loved the charming little courtyard (stayed on the first floor). Staff was very friendly and helpful! Within walking distance to the French Quarter. No fridge or microwave but we planned our meals to not have leftovers so it wasn’t a huge deal. Front door is kept locked (you have to ring a buzzer for the front desk to let you in) which did make me feel safer.

As soon as I walked outside the hotel to my right was someone posted up selling *****. The hotel is nice inside the lobby. My guest and I felt the room lacked decor and felt cold. There was only one sink with no counter and no other mirrors in the room. That was fun for two ladies trying to get ready every day . Front desk staff was not very friendly and questioned us about actually being guest when we had already been there for two nights. We won’t select these accommodations when returning to New Orleans.

They do not have an Elevator. you have to walk up 20 stairs, what's your luggage.

If you like to be away from the hustle & bustle, this place is great! It’s about a 15 min walk to Bourbon St & 20 min to Canal. Some good places to eat within 5-10 min walk. Hotel staff were friendly, clean rooms and spacious too!

Walls are paper thin, super noisy. There was no fridge or microwave for guest use, The lighting was poor and the t.v. did not work.

Staying at French Quarter Courtyard Hotel was so quiet, conveniently located near everything and the staff were so helpful and hospitable. The lodging was safe and clean. I would certainly book this hotel again.

We travel to New Orleans about five times a year and this will be our go to hotel moving forward. Amazing staff, clean property with gated parking, and within walking distance to the Quarter and Frenchman. The staff are amazing and so friendly!
