Great location only minutes walking distance to the cruise port/outlet mall and is across the street from the streetcar/trolley line, and only a block from the WW2 museum. From here you can go anywhere in the city that you need. No pool but we don’t swim a whole lot so it’s not an issue. Staff was super helpful with an issue with our room and allowed us to check in early. Will gladly recommend this to anyone and will probably use it again next time we visit New Orleans.

My only complaint with this hotel is that the parking lot behind it is "Premium Parking" and it costs like 50$ a night to park there. It kept saying it was "Event Pricing" and no one knew what this was, even the parking lot attendant - nothing was done about it though. It is better to park on the road for less and walk over.
Still, it was a quiet, pleasant stay. The staff were super nice and helpful.
