Everything about this hotel is AMAZING! The customer service, rooms, vibe, and even the drinks & food is top notch! Whether you are planning an event, wedding, or looking for a place to stay- It’s uniqueness should definitely make it top of your list both visit & stay! I also enjoyed the quietness & more intimacy feel than the normal hustle and bustle of larger hotels!

This hotel is heartless. My brother in law took his life and I had to miss one night at their hotel that they refused to refund. They did not reply to my email and it took multiple phone calls to finally reach a manager who refused to do anything. This is a dark time for me and my family and we were treated horribly. Please do not support money-hungry companies like this.

We love it. Our only place to stay in N.O. Close to many things especially delicious food. We are walkers so fun to spend the day eating and shopping. Staff is excellent and welcoming. The rooms are fun, and clean.
