A wonderful stay in the most charming North American city, can’t expect more and all we had was joy! Decorations are very detailed, the hidden bar was awesome for photos, ppl are super nice, 24hour ready. Worths recommendation!

We live in New Orleans and stayed here during our wedding weekend. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Devona, thank you for the outstanding hospitality. From the room upgrade to indulging us with every amenity the hotel has to offer, you made us feel like royalty! Hotels are just buildings. Stay was very good. Staff was very nice. The only negative aspect was that we were not provided a full description of amenities upon checkin and at the end of the stay we realized we didn’t take full advantage of what we paid for with the room. For instance, complimentary items in the main lounge.
