Great location and excellent service! We were only supposed to stay for 1 day, but ended up staying 4. The front desk employees were very accommodating. They were also very helpful with suggestions on were to eat and things to do.

Service was excellent from the time we checked in until the time we left. And even though it is close to Bourbon St. it was a quiet environment.

Loved everything other then the room had no microwave had to take anything I needed warmed up to front desk and it wld go mia while being warmed up and the rooms have no irons you have to call the front desk for them to bring one to you

Hotel location for Mardi Gras was excellent. Close to bourbon street but little noise. Although a little old, the building is well kept and clean.
Staff was excellent and ready to help out.
Dining options are limited.

This hotel is situated around the corner from Bourbon where all the action takes place. You can’t hear a peep because the windows are soundproof. Beds very comfortable but can do better with sprucing up lobby restaurant and adding complimentary refreshments in the lobby. Overall hotel hold a nice modern old charm. Staff are very friendly and complimentary not to mention you have daily maid service during your stay!!!
