Hotel is in a great location, just half a block from Bourbon Street. It is very central to everything in the French Quarter and you can walk anywhere in less than 10 minutes. Even though you’re right near everything, it is not noisy at all. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to New Orleans.

Hotel La Marais is in the perfect location. It is a good choice for the price. It was clean, and comfortable enough. We only slept and showered there… btw the water pressure in the shower is wonderful!
It is not a super luxurious hotel but just fine with everything you need all around you! Pete’s coffee and French Truck coffee are near by. Plenty of restaurants also near by. Bourbon street and Royal street are footsteps away. The staff were super sweet and friendly!!! We really loved the staff!!! We had a good stay and it didn’t break the bank!

I wasn’t sure where I wanted to stay and did some research to find this lovely boutique hotel in the French quarter. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and pleasant, I had one with a small balcony which was lovely. I didn’t use the pool but one evening sat out there and enjoyed the fresh air. Great location

Beds comfy, right of bourbon and all the action but room quiet. We would definitely stay again. Would only recommend that the open the bar. We were stuck there on a rainy day and would had been great to have a drink and hang out there

Great location. Cleaning staff attention to room not great. First room I was given had a toile tank hose leak..I walked into a bathroom with water all over floor. Second room I was given had a huge bundle of hair on the bathroom floor.

The property and staff are great. It’s just too close to Bourbon. If you plan to return to your room to sleep prior to 430am, you are in for a rude awakening…. Literally. The music is blasting from Bourbon.
