😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I vigorously DO NOT RECOMMEND this "grand/ historic/ top-rated boutique hotel".!!! Upon my arrival to Bourbon Orleans Hotel, unfortunately, I encountered quite a few substandard events. To start off, the hotels' valet apprentices were NOT competent nor qualified, said information discussed at departure by ALL management. Unlawfully, my prescriptions were stolen, and this unfortunate event was agonizingly overlooked by Bourbon Orleans Hotel along with the valet service that was used. As a result of this fiasco, I spent my vacation in bed and in pain by virtue of/ thanks to this adversity. So, because of this unpredictable outcome, I requested a FULL refund from valet management, which was resolved. In addition to the prior instance, another one came about when returning home and reviewing my credit card transactions. I noticed that Bourbon Orleans Hotel charged my account. This charge was of concern to me because my balcony, loft suite was already prepaid for MONTHS IN ADVANCE through Trip.com.!!! So, management investigated this issue and assured a refund. However, they never disclosed any additional information with me in relation to this SUBSTANTIAL amount. Now, 2 weeks later I'm STILL waiting on my refund and can't seem to get management on the phone to discuss this casualty.!!! All in all, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this "supposedly" 4/5 star rated, elegant, grand, historic hotel that is named one of New Orleans Top Hotels.! Bourbon Orleans Hotel mislead me as well as fabricated information to try and cover up their erroneousness/ blunder. Honestly, if they don't want to use a third-party website to conduct business with and then TRY to charge their guests anyways, then they need to cancel their services with them. Simple as that.!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hotel was in the perfect location. Heart of the French Quarter. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean! Food was excellent t. Will go back again!

Location is perfect for getting around the French District. Everything is walkable. Close to Bourbon Street so can be loud at night but entertaining at the same time. Staff was helpful and very friendly with great recommendations. The hotel bar is reasonable and has great music in afternoon evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Safe and clean hotel

I loved the closeness of everything near the French Quarter. Waking up behind the cathedral was amazing.

Our Stay at the Bourbon Orleans was a great experience again this year. The hotel service was really good and the suite was spotless. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant for breakfast and the food was good. There is a large bar downstairs that is open to Bourbon St, and the nightly live entertainment was fantastic. The bartenders were talented and friendly. All of the staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly.. The location of the hotel is the best in the French Quarter. I have stay here more than a dozen times and the hotel has radically improved over the past few years. The prices are very good considering the location and the hotel being a very beautiful historic building.
