I originally thought I had booked a twin room, but it turned out not to be the case but I couldn't change it. Parking costs $35 a day.

The room condition was suitable for a business traveler.
It is best not to expect breakfast every morning.
Room cleaning was done approximately once every two days. I was a little disappointed during my 5 day stay.

Great location, not far from the French Quarter. The staff is nice, because there is a lack of refrigerator in the room, they helped me move one. There is a microwave oven in the room, which is generally good.

Ok, no trash can in bathroom or soap. That is minor. Someone entered my room with no authority or request on a 2 day stay and left the door open. Be careful.

Simple, clean, and stylish. Just what I was looking for. Comfortable bed and an easy walk from Canal and the FQ. No problems in the neighborhood.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the overall experience was pleasant! I arrived on a morning flight and although my room was not ready, the staff held my luggage while I explored the city. All interactions with staff from luggage storage, to check in and out, to breakfast were friendly. I had a room with a window that did not have a view, which meant no outside noise. I slept peacefully each night, the breakfast is simple which consisted of yogurt, cereal, and pastries. The hotel is located within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Amenities included Keurig, safe, hairdryer, cable television, and soaps. Overall, I had a great stay!

Kerry is the absolute best!!!! Customer service goes above and beyond!!! Great hotel, fantastic atmosphere, clean, cozy, and very welcoming! Go see Kerry and the rest of the crew they are all fantastic! Had a great time there!!! Great hotel!
