Prince Conti Hotel

Let me start by saying that this hotel has a bit of the old world charm. It feels like a historic New Orleans hotel, I like that very much. I visit New Orleans about a dozen times a year for work, this was my first stay at Prince Conti. My review would have been more positive had it not been for the horrible service provided by the young lady at the check in desk. I wish I had her name to share here (she worked at 11 am on 6/27), but of course she had no name tag and following her rude comments l'm sure that any name given would not have been correct. She was ignorant and rude from checkin to checkout and all interactions between. Lastly upon checkout I asked to be allowed to checkout at 12, she did not even respond, only shook her head no. I walked to the elevator and overheard her say " he got me f_cked up, I want all of these f_cking people out of here so that I can go home and take a bath" (yes that verbatim). This ruined my experience and not only will I not return, I will not recommend to anyone. If I had time on my side, I would have requested to speak to someone of more authority report in person. Hotel management, do your business a favor and remove this person immediately.

The service is perfect. The location is perfect. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and the cafe doesn't have beignets.

The hotel was comfortable and a great location for exploring the French Quarter. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Cafe Conti was great for coffee and tasty crepes.

Awesome place! Historic, attractive, well priced and great location. Only thing we wish they had was a place to congregate, not just the Bombay Club. Like maybe have white lights and wrought iron seating right as you enter in the drive.

Hotel was as described! Staff was very helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The Prince Conti is clean, has an amazing staff, and is in a convenient location within walking distance of lots of activities.

This is our 2nd stay @ the Prince Conti for French Quarter Fest. The hotel is conveniently located right off Bourbon St and an easy walk to the festival. We discovered the music on Frenchman Street during our last night. Healthy food options were a challenge in NOLA -- but I found them. There is a cafe attached to the hotel and that was perfect for morning java! We asked for a room off the road because we wanted quiet and the room was perfect. Every person we interacted with at the hotel was amazing and helpful. When we were leaving - a very kind young man (didn't get his name) helped us w/ our luggage to catch our cab to the airport which they had ordered for us. Nothing but good vibes all around. NOLA is so alive with love and vibrant energy!!! We will be back!!
