What a beautiful property, with all the charm, and a great location! The best part of all was the customer service, though, as Caleb made our stay not only super comfortable, but so much fun, too! We will definitely be back to stay at the Melrose Mansion!

Thank you Caleb!!!! Everything about our one night stay at the Melrose Mansion was great. Caleb (manager) was very welcoming and explained the history of the mansion while showing us around and helping us to our room. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, we parked our car and walked to everything. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Home full of character. Needs basic care and upgrades. The staff were great and accommodating. The rooms are not as clean and comfortable as they should be. AC vents were filthy blowing dust up the walls and they also have termites.

What a great place! A nice walk to all the action in the French Quarter. The staff were great, and we even had a surprise Continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have a fridge, but that’s my only recommendation!

Had a great stay at Melrose Mansion. It’s the quintessential New Orleans colonial style house. Very close to the French Quarter (5-10 min walk) but just far enough to be away from the noise and people. Free coffee and soft drinks a bonus. Fully recommended.

We stayed in the extended stay building 2A. A few things need to be fixed and changed but we had a wonderful stay. It was clean and spacious.

This hidden gem was absolutely what I was looking for. It gave me exclusive vibes with old New Orleans charm, while being steps away from the vibrant Bourbon St life. The corner markets and bars were handy and the hotel even recommended and amazing concierge service for added decor and refreshments. I will be making this a regular go to.

Caleb is AMAZING! The property has such historical charm. The only drawback is the noise from the hallway occasionally. But other than that lovely.
