My experience here was not good. The place looks no where near as nice as the photos. They don’t have anyone on site to assist with anything. Wait , they had a woman who couldn’t speak any English on site cleaning rooms who couldn’t answer a simple question. Coffee supplies in room, no coffee maker. Sent management multiple messages to while getting severely delayed responses. They responded to my first message, then ignored the rest of my messages until my final day saying they’d have my coffee maker within 24 hours after I’m set to be home from my 4 day trip there. 400 a night for a 💩 box. Then , once I’m set to leave they respond again saying the method I’ve been messaging them on isn’t monitored often and that I should contact them another route for faster response time. Thanks for telling me that on my last day after responding to me two separate days in the first place without nothing that. They don’t give a 💩 as this place is simply a cash cow. Great location. If you’re an illegal alien, they’ll hire ya. After me leaving them a bad review for their negligence they return the favor to me by rating my guest stay on VRBO as non favorable. So I’ll leave a bad review on every site I get a chance too. Don’t stay here if you want any type of accommodation as they don’t offer it.

Cannot get their computer reservation system to work, what a joke like supermarkets with no cashiers, terrible customer service, don't waste your time with the process. No help from online person or from some phone rep that could barely speak english. Run from Sonder hotels.

Booked on Airbnb. Very good for the price. Two blocks off Bourbon. Not luxury but clean. Historic building but small with thin walls for light sleepers. Our room was spotlessly clean. Great wifi and mobile check-in/out.

This is just an AirBnb without the personal touches of local owners. It was beat up and the room I rented was supposed to have a window, which it didn't. The light fixtures were falling off the wall as was the tv. There was no bar soap or body wash....just shampoo and conditioner. When I asked the maid for a bar or soap in broken Spanish, she said she didn't have any. On the plus side, it was very quiet and the location was really convenient. However, I could have spent slightly more to stay at nearby hotel and had daily maid service, soap, a window, and a less beat up room. Will not stay again as there are much better choices nearby. Overall, this is just a poorly and cheaply run hotel or a poorly run AirBnb - neither of which are as good as a real hotel or a locally run AirBnb.

The room was very clean and the view was fantastic. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The street noise is mainly ambient except for a brutal high pitch and clanging around 4am-6am when the street cleaning and garbage trucks come through. For us we felt knowing what the sounds were helped us adjust pretty easily. My only wishlist for the space would be a mini-fridge. We would have spent less money on cold water if one was in the room.

Perfect location, in the heart of the French Quarter. We had a room with a balkony to the street. The service was promptly delivering extra coffee and the correspondence with Sonder was prompt and easy. The only downside was that there were, also upon request, no drinking glasses available so that we had to drink our beer and wine from paper coffee cups.

Our first impression was not great. The photos of these rooms made them look fresh, updated, and very clean. We were disappointed to find the room to be older and in need of fresh paint and a deep cleaning (and we immediately found a cockroach... but that's a bit to be expected in NOLA so we don't blame Sonder). The key pads are finicky, but it was nice not to have to worry about a keycard! The mobile key never worked well for me. I wish I had seen this in reviews before, but if you want a balcony, stick to the courtyard/pool view! There is a VERY loud garbage or laundry pick up at the hotel across the street EARLY every morning. And then refrigerated trucks sit outside to unload at Napoleon House, which is also surprisingly loud. We loved having a balcony and expected partying noise, but now we know better and will never go for a street-view room in the French Quarter again. I will say though that the location is prime. We were so close to everything in the French Quarter, and it was easy to get to the Central Business and Garden Districts. It wasn't a bad stay, but the room was not what we expected based on the pictures. Just know that this is really more of an AirBnB experience than a hotel--not a bad thing, just good to know going in. The app was helpful, and there were plenty of amenities available for us. We recommend strolling down Chartres for French Truck Coffee in the morning (PJ's is closer, but FT was better) and grabbing drinks from Pierre Maspero's across the street. Oh, and the pool was lovely! The trap got caught up with leaves a lot though, and no one seemed to be coming by to clean. It's not heated, but your sore feet and sweaty bodies will be thankful for that. Overall, not sure we'd come back to this particular location, but willing to try Sonder again.

Had a great experience! The location was perfect, in walking distance to almost everything we wanted and if it wasn't, it was close to tram and bus stops. The hotel and neighborhood felt safe, and the room and bathroom were clean and large enough for the 3 of us. Check-in was simple and I liked being able to use the app on my phone as a key to the front door and room instead of having to input the door code. We had a room with a pull-out sofa and there was a bag in the closet with pillows and sheets but no blanket/comforter. I contacted a hotel rep easily through the chat function on the app and he made sure that one was delivered within a few hours. The app also notified me of any maintenance planned during our stay. If you aren't used to using apps on your phone you might have some issues. My aunt who was with us would never have been able to do it by herself, but my mom and I had no problems. Do not come expecting luxury although the room is comfortable and has a coffee maker, blow dryer, and iron. There is an ice maker downstairs which was nice. There isn't a fridge or microwave, and we had to buy coffee cups because there were none in the room or downstairs. The stairs are steep and there is no elevator or help carrying luggage upstairs so plan to do it all yourself. There was plenty of hot water but low water pressure on the second floor. We did our research before booking and were aware of those things before we went so it wasn't a big deal. We didn't use the pool at all, but it was nice to see that the pool was clean since a few reviews said it was green. A few reviews we read also complained of mold in the shower, but we didn't have any in ours. The location and price definitely made up for anything lacking and based on our experience, I'll be looking at Sonder's hotels for future trips to other cities.

Perfect Location. Bed and pillows are super comfortable, even the fold out. They keep the hotel very clean. I’ve stayed here twice. Room is extremely humid but it’s NoLa. Definitely my go to hotel.
