This place is located very close to Bourbon Street and close proximity to the many great restaurants! Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and very attentive! Was a little disappointed about the bar closing at 10pm as our group Hosted a Conference with over 120 in attendees with no bar option to entertain. It would have been very generous for the hotel management to accommodate extending the bar hours to at least 12am. It was a little unsafe for our attendees to go elsewhere and walk late night in the dark streets within the permitter of the hotel. Just a small detail that will go a long way with future conferences.

We had a nice large petite suite facing the courtyard. It was dead quiet,even on a Bourbon Street Saturday night. The place is spread out and probably a few buildings spliced together. My one complaint is there is just one elevator bank and they are comically slow.

Perfectly located hotel if you want to be near bourbon street but not in the middle of the madness when you want some quiet time. Pretty conveniently located for any walking. Staff was superb every time you came and went there was a friendly face greeting you or willing to give directions. We had an exceptionally great time at the lobby bar Holmes. Bartenders were excellent at their craft it was fun to watch them make some of the interesting drinks they have on the menu and the conversations had definitely made our NOLA experience even better. Great hotel.

Loved my stay at this hotel. Great customer service and the bar in the lobby has great food and drinks. Right off of bourbon street so close to the places to be but a little loud in certain rooms but noise did stop by midnight and I was able to sleep well.
