Great location at the garden district. Easy access to the tram ride.
Staffs were friendly. If you like the old new orleans flares this would be the perfect hotel for you
We had the suite. Beds were very comfortable. Extra living room was perfect.
Don't miss out on their amazing rooftop bar view.
However the hotel needs some remodeling.
Carpet is old, bathroom outlet isn't working. Bathroom overall needs update. Needs more light fixture. 1 elevator is not operating. Another one was down for half a day.

Our first trip to New Orleans. Friends were at a nearby hotel, but we wanted a king bed with the city view. Kay, at check-in, was cheerful, friendly and informative. Kerry, at check-out filled us in on so many facets of this hotel we didn't know, he is a gem. We arrived from Oregon in the evening, caught the sunset over the city at the penthouse Hot Tin Bar, then dined at Jack Rose on the main floor. We thought we heard live jazz, entered the Bijou Bar for life-enriching talent, everyone having a great time. The mornings, and triple lattes my husband brought up to the room from the breakfast cafe. This is a lovely hotel with just the right amount of rooms if you want personal service, everything you could want in one place. Our room had many paintings, a beautiful old desk, great bathroom with amenities, comfortable bed. We will definitely return, and were just so pleased with the choice of hotel. The St. Charles Street Car right in front was perfect for getting around.

We live near New Orleans and have been discussing staying hear for a few years. We chose to stay here for our first anniversary. The Hotel is unique and the food at Jack Rose is delicious.

Great location but the hotel rooms need some updating. For the amount of money we were playing I expected it to be nicer. The employees were great though.

If you are a traveler who appreciates well maintained properties or new properties, this is not the spot for you. The management was polite, but the other employees could use better training. This property was fantastic when it opend in 2016. Not so much anymore.

I had high hopes after reading multiple reviews from many different sources that this hotel is a gem. I love a charming, old-world, boutique hotel, but this wasn’t it. We arrived in the middle of the night walked through a very rundown lobby and checked into
