We were sent here by Delta Airlines because , due to equipment failure , their flight was cancelled . We needed to return to the airport by 7:00 AM the next day . We were assured the Quality Inn 5:00AM shuttle would get us there on time . When we checked in we were assured by the front desk there would be no problem . They wrote our name on the list . We got up in time to be in the lobby by 4:50 AM . The 7 passenger bus already had 7 passengers . .4 of us were left . The only hotel rep there told us to “ catch a cab “ Fortunately two of the incredibly nice passengers already on board saw our predicament and gave up their seats so we made it on time ( barely ) . Surly for an airport hotel nothing could be more important .
