Very clean hotel, well decorated, comfortable bedding. Very well located, not even 10 minutes walk from the French Quarter and the Mississippi. Close to amenities, plenty of restaurants and breakfast nearby. Very warm welcome, pleasant staff. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Q and C when in town for a graduation celebration, and will undoubtedly try and stay here on future trips. The hotel is comfortable, conveniently located and, most importantly for me, the staff—Tammy, Yuli et al—was incredibly warm and welcoming. A great hotel!

I stayed at the Q&C for my daughter’s college graduation from Loyola. Everyone was amazing! I especially want to thank Tammy the bartender for her great service! The awesome trio at the front desk of Keira, Dallas and Zaliana at the front desk. They were ever so welcoming and patient with our group of 24!!!! Maria from housekeeping. Josh and Cindy from events all worked seamlessly to make us all feel like family. Will always return to the Q&C.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was great, & they have daily turn down service. As strange as that may sound, I haven’t stayed at a hotel in New Orleans that performs this service since the pandemic, & it used to be standard. I think they should expand the TV channels; at least offer 1 movie channel, and a few other basic channels. Not a deal breaker though.

The staff was excellent very helpful. The rooms need some attention especially the flooring. If you want a decent shower you better stay somewhere else. I stayed there three nights and got one hot shower. My husband got no hot shower. The bathrooms are very small. There was nothing to grab on too if you slip. Nothing! It is slippery in the shower and floor if it gets wet. The staff were wonderful and nice.
