I would visit this hotel again in a heartbeat. The location right across the street from the convention center is unbeatable. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and impressive and our room was clean. Neighbors on our floor were a bit noisy during one instance, but not big enough of an issue to bring to staff. Staff gave great recommendations for local restaurants and held luggage after checkout until we headed for the airport. Only issue was that one morning yellow liquid back flowed into the bathroom sink. Front desk said they would send someone up, but we never saw someone and didn’t hear about it again. Issue did resolve itself so we chalked it up to random pipe issue.

Stay was great. The room was nice and had everything we needed. Room was serviced daily. Access to an ice machine was close by. Breakfast was good and filling for our family. Two negatives, no matter how low you turn the air down it just struggles to cool the room. Second, our room was a corner room which was 2 room doors behind another door. Our last night I come around the corner and there is a drunk woman passed out in front of my door. This woman had clearly been there for a minute and had urinated herself. Now I will say I called the front desk and they came and got her. My concern is that they knew her name and where her room was. Makes me wonder if this had been a problem before. This was also around 9:30 at night on a Sunday.

The staff is very hospitable, welcoming and wonderful however the management needs to do better with cleaning and ensuring things are working properly. Air vents are dirty and dusty also room service didn’t change bed****s and pillow case.

Great hotel in walking distance of pretty much everything, stayed here for 2 nights as I brought family to Nola Christmas Fest, hotel was very nice, quiet, loved that it was pet friendly, and very spacious rooms!

Great place to stay. Plenty of things to see locally. No pool or hot tub available would be my only complaint. Uber pickup just across the street. Breakfast was wonderful. Found a shuttle ride to the carnival cruise port just around the corner. Front desk should promote this because of the convenience and those loading luggage and taking us to the port are amazing people that work hard.

Front desk staff was cordial and friendly. The neighborhood around the hotel (convention center) is a bit sketchy. The room seemed a little worn. The shower was nice. Housekeeping visited everyday and that was awesome! Laundry is self-service, and free. I still have to rectify why I was overcharged by at least $35/night that is there is no rating for "Value". Front desk was useless for correcting that. Breakfast was very good too.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Room was modern. My family and I were comfortable. The room was clean and as aspected. Ease of access was a plus. The h hotel is across the street from the Convention Center!
