Arrived late evening no one on duty then had to wait 20 min to check in
No water in the room and bathroom getting a bit dated
No room service or cleaning and safe didn’t work

Hotel was nice. Was turned off when checking. We arrived early in the morning. We tried to check in and were told a room was not ready and check in is at 4 pm. But, if we paid $75 then a room could be ready for us. Certainly if they could accommodate us for a fee, they could also do so without a fee. Just good customer service!told a room was npo

Chinese front desk staff was very rude. Hidden clays regarding microwave fee. No indoor pool. Restaurant Desire food was horrible. To many homeless people hanging around property.

The property itself is wonderful and we love coming to New Orleans. But anyone coming here needs to know that the French Quarter is dirty, has a “special smell” to it and is very loud at night. Admittedly, this is part of “the charm.” Overall, the hotel buffers against all of this extremely well and we’d stay here again and again.

Never could get better than "tepid" water out of the shower. Only three hangers in the room when we checked in! Hair dryer did not work-had to ask for another one! Had to ask for more toilet paper-housekeeping did not leave any! Had to ask for more wash cloths! And to top it off, they tried to charge me for 4 nights of parking when we did not have a car there! We have stayed there before---very disappointed with this experience!
