* Pro's, Comfortable bed w lots of pillows and blankets Curb appeal Staff help Bar tenders friendliness Cost of room rental Location * Con's, Quality of food for the cost General room maintenance (leaking n loose faucet, doors won't close, dangling light fixture, shower door leaking, ect) Noise levels way to high from doors, road n guests Roof n fountain need lots of repairs Lack of maintenance staff n knowledge Cost of drinks at the bar. 1 shot of whiskey on the rocks was $18 !!!!!! No ash trays out front Bird poop all over out door seating * I have to question how often the entire bed sheets n blankets get all n completely washed. Didn't get a bad vibe but rooms were turned over way to quick n no blankets on staff carts.

Great service, excellent location. Close to the French Quarter and not far from the Garden District. Within walking distance, or public transport, to many attractions. Room was spacious and quiet.

10:30 early check-in ($100.00 charge) not available until after 11:30. In-room dining is “down” -no idea when or if it will be resolved. I had to go hat-in-hand around the lobby and restaurant seeking change for a $20 - no success. I booked here due to the proximity of the cruise port, which is the only “value.” By the way, it’s 2:00 in the afternoon on check-in day. Don’t think it’s gonna be a good stay!

Your personal property is at risk at this hotel and the staff will do absolutely nothing to assist or make the situation right. Like others have mentioned below in reviews, my personal property (to treat a medical condition!) was missing after returning to the room in the evening of April 25th. After 3 visits to the front desk, 3 calls to hotel including one with a Supervisor, and now 2 emails with the Supervisor and Director of Security, I have received zero response or action from the hotel. Stay at your own risk.

Hotel a bit older. Tired. But comfortable rooms. Great walking location to all sites We walked to Jackson square and bourbon street with safety Bartenders were awesome. Friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Leonard and Adriene ❤️❤️❤️ we will miss them. Beignets -hot and yummy at 830 each night thank you 🙏
