Great hotel with quiet location and clean rooms. A lot better than many franchise brands. Reasonable price as well.

We were visiting for New Years and the Sugar Bowl. It was a decent location away from the crowds. It is an older establishment so the walls were thin, but for the money it was a decent place to stay. The front desk staff was always friendly

Poor attitudes

Pros: Large room with kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Cons: You could actually feel the dirt on the carpet. My socks were black within minutes. One of the burners on the two-burner stove didn't work. Utensil drawer was dirty with crumbs and had 3 knives and a can opener that didn't work-- and, inexplicably, a roasting fork? No other utensils. I went to the front desk to ask for two spoons and two forks and was given cheap plastic utensils. A kitchen towel and wash cloth would have been helpful. Or even paper towels. Do not recommend.

If you are military and needing to go to the base, you think this would be the obvious place to stay. It is not. Dont let the name fool you. It is in top 3 worst places I've stayed in my 25 years of service.

My stay was very comfortable, and anything I need, when I ask something, they help me very well. However amenities were not enough for the length of my stay so I have to ask them. They were very kind.

Very old place, window curtain was broken, bathroom fixtures were moldy, the toilet was shaking, very strong Clorox smell in the room made me developed an awful rash, kitchen was not equipped and fridge was liking.

The room smelled horrible. There were dryer sheets on the A/C that made the room smell lemony. It was masking a regurgitated smell. The bed had a sour smell and the furniture was old and stained. The parking lot wasn’t well lit, but I did see police officers patrolling. The staff was very professional and communicated effectively!
