Loved the stay . If only you guys had microwaves. Until next time . Front desk attendants were very polite and helpful!

I have 3 gripes; no free parking, only one operable elevator, had to pay an unexpected Preservation Fee of $15.00, State Tax of $1.42, City Tax of .75 and CVB Assessment .26 a total of $17.43.

A truly fabulous hotel. Great location, close to the French Quarter but far enough away to not hear it. Beautiful reception area and dining room. Nice breakfast. Lovely big bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the great hotels of New Orleans, La Pavillon does not disappoint. The hotel has undergone an interior "refresh" and it is chic and wonderful. Wish the hotel had daily room service, and had prior notice about the $90.00 per day incidentals "hold" on the credit card before booking. However the staff is very helpful and courteous as they are telling you about it. PB and J sandwiches are always a very nice touch in the evenings. Missed the hot chocolate though! Thank you Trip.com for a great deal on our stay, and we will be back soon.

Beautiful clean space. Staff was kind, professional. Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Minor street noise. Strong water pressure in shower. Overall top notch. I will stay again.

Our reservation was not correct, and we had to move rooms to try and get something that would accommodate our group. Yes, they worked with us, and I was happy about that, but the errors were not good. Thanks to CeCe for doing all she could! Still, I do not know if the charges are correct and have not been pleased with the communication from the hotel. The hotel is also under renovation right now! Entire halls were closed off while they do the renovation, and we would regularly hear saws and hammering during our stay. The hotel is also located on a main street and traffic noise was rather bad. We also noticed things being dirty, with used towels in "clean" rooms, and leaking toilets. We actually moved a trash can under the side of the toilet to catch the water from of the tank each time we flushed it! It was a neat and historic hotel, but I don't think I would recommend it to others.

Staff were extremely professional, flexible, thoughtful, polite, and competent. Disappointed in lack of signage in the bathroom encouraging towel reuse. Otherwise excellent.

The staff was great, helpful and kind. They kept the hotel clean and there was always someone available.

Nice hotel with a vintage feel to it. Only issue was after checking in, we proceeded to our room only to find a staff member chilling in the room on his cell phone. The front desk promptly switched our room.

My wife and I (were a couple) yet there was only one chair in the room - a rather awkward (ancient) chair. The coffee maker did not work (we left a note) but no response. There was no ice available on 9th floor. The narrow width desk (in the way of the opening door) had a lamp of low intensity bulbs - too dim to read by (but couldn't move chair close enuf). No water supplied.

I have stayed at this property several times. I absolutely love this place! It is always clean and they are always making improvements. This is one of my favorite places to stay!

It is Historic and elegant with PBJ's in lobby for quests coming in from a long day. The breakfast has healthy choices.

Was great accomodation and convenient to everything. Staff friendly and breakfast excellent at reasonable price. Would stay again for sure. Only slight negative the pricing for parking $51 a bit steep compared to other hotels in the area. However that would not deter me from staying again.
