Very friendly staff, someone there 24/7, great location close to the main streets of the French Quarter but at the same time just far enough away to be quiet at night. Loved my stay here!

Couldn’t get our room until 6:00. Had to wait in the lobby for 3 hrs. No internet, no hot water or pressure, no maids. Was promised a refund for 1 night which never materialized and they will not return calls. Shabby property. Stay somewhere else

Loved everything about the stay! There is a lock to the courtyard and a lock to the door, so definitely felt safe. Walking distance to the Louie Armstrong park, Bourbon Street, food, bars, local grocery, easy to catch an Uber, and staff will even help set up transport to the airport if needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The ONLY real complaint I have is that the tub didn’t have a stopper or drain cover, but that’s it! Not a deal breaker by any means. Love, love, love… and will be back!

On the low key side of the quarter, which was ideal. Neighborhood feel and walkable to everything. Staff was amazing!!! Just good/real people. This group has a few old school properties, this one I was told is the next to be modified. When I go to NOLA I want NOLA, I got Nola...spent $ on food & drink instead of a room just to sleep

When we arrived we were greeted and checked in to our room. Walked up to room 72 and found it to be clean, and in good condition.
I was totally taken back by the fact that we had no windows, so it was basically a dark box. There is wear and tear on bathroom, and it would have been nice to have a small bistro table with a couple chairs in the room.
There should be some information given when booking that the rooms are windowless

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it so much. The first time we stayed on the first floor so although the room was not huge, the ceiling was high so it felt bigger. This time we had a smaller room and it was ok because the location is the best.

We had a problem at the check in, but they solved it the day after. The woman at the front desk was super nice and apologised for the problem it occurred to us. The room was great and the area is really close to many interesting points as well as the main streets of the French Quarter.

This is a horrible place to stay if you are a female. The picture that Expidia used presented a false narrative of the place. And there is not an elevator. I had to go across the street to the actual place to get a room. I left immediately.
