Saint Philip Residence

It wasn't what the pictures showed but still super cute and clean. Enjoyed that it was easily walkable to all attractions. Will definitely recommend to others!

My kids and and I had an amazing visit!! This property is simple and efficient. Everything you could ever want to do in the Big EZ is right at your finger tips. This is a historic property and not fair to compare to a regular hotel. We stayed in room 8. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults. But could easily accommodate more people depending how comfortable they are with each other. I just got home and I am ready to go back. Would not change anything. Perfect place for the French Quater.

For days now there has been loud constant banging, it starts at 8.am and ends after 4pm. It goes on all day long. One of the workers had a code to our door and walked in. I asked to get a new door code and they ignored me. They are doing extensive construction above us, we have photos. They have done nothing to fix this problem we should have been informed about this construction before checking in. I have text messages from them about the constant banging all day and they did nothing half the time they ignored us. They also tried to say it was an emergency repair, as you can see from the photos this was an extensive remodeling project going on.. We even tried to get *********** to contact them about the noise and to date we haven't heard from either of them, They also had no security for the front door it was constantly open, not that it mattered since a random stranger already walked into our condo so the code is given to anyone. We were coming in one evening and got accosted by 2 men who were sitting in the foyer who we don't even think were staying there. We were afraid to leave our room or return in the evenings. I didn't speak to them when they cat called me and they called me a stuck up B**CH. So many things are broken, and it is dirty in there. The blow dryer and coffee maker are both broken. The outlets in the loft and the kitchen don't work. Also beware with the water or you will burn your skin off.

St. Phillip was wonderful but the parking was a terrible experience it cost 300.00. Plus the booted my car because of an error on there part which cost another 50.00. Would love to come back but will have to definitely have to check on alternate parking will not go thru that again

Where do I start? First of all they dont have any parking, and when we called them asking where we could park, they asked us to find a public parking (the closest parking is 5 miles away and we had to uber back to the facility) There was no front desk or reception in the facility and you have to get with a code and find everything by yourself! There is no elevator in the facility and We had to carry our luggages up using the very steep stairs. Inside the apartment was very old , smelly and dirty! I found a pair of fake lashes on the bed sheet . The toilet paper holder just came off as soon as I touched it. We could not stand that place and called ******* and explained the situation, they called saint philip management and management told them they are not able to refund. Long story short; it was not a place to remain so we left and had to eat $680 which saint philip or ******* never refunded us. Stay away of this place and go somewhere else and save yourself tome and Money !!

I hate having to write negative things but I did not feel safe in my room. The deadbolt did not catch on the door frame which had been routed or rotted out. There was no point in calling for an "emergency" fix because what is needed is a replacement door frame and deadbolt and that wouldn't happen on a weekend. Other tenants did not respect the quiet hours, and the courtyard floor kept flooding even though there was no rain. Otherwise the suite was pleasant, and certainly roomy enough.

Given a different location than booked, gave wrong address, no heat, furniture covered in stains, freezing temperatures, threatening calls all night by property and couldn’t sleep. Scared due to threats of property owner saying they were showing up in middle of night, continual harassment by property, threats, worst stay of my life. ******* told me to call police due to property harassment and threats.
