Clean and hygienic, the room is super large, with a kitchen, all kinds of tableware, pots, microwave ovens, and refrigerators are complete. The bathroom is huge. The whole building is quite new. The hotel is located on the edge of the French Quarter, 1 km to Jefferson Square, and there is a Lafayette Square next to the hotel. The location is good!

There were no housekeeping services for the first three days. If you want clean towels, you must take them to the second-floor laundry and clean them yourself. The towels provided were tattered and worn. When contacting Marriot, they explained that there was a housekeeping sign-up sheet, but most people miss it. Well, wake up and tell people where to sign up. We were not told. The dishwasher was broken and leaked all over the carpeted floor. We notified management, and they did nothing. We had to walk on wet carpeting our entire stay. One of the three elevators was broken, so guests frequently had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator. On our last night, the management approved a loud music party on the second-floor social area. We're talking 110+ DB. No one on the third, fourth, or fifth floors got any sleep before midnight when the event ended. Do yourself a favor and pass on this hotel. It's not worth the headaches!!!
