Clean and hygienic, the room is super large, with a kitchen, all kinds of tableware, pots, microwave ovens, and refrigerators are complete. The bathroom is huge. The whole building is quite new. The hotel is located on the edge of the French Quarter, 1 km to Jefferson Square, and there is a Lafayette Square next to the hotel. The location is good!

The pros at this property would be the staff, service and it’s location. The front desk crew was very accommodating and pleasant. They were always available and very helpful. The con, was the cleanliness of our room. Not what I expected as someone who often stays at Marriott hotels because they are consistent with their service and cleanliness. Though our room’s condition wasn’t up to part, the staff responded quickly by getting housekeeping back into the room with a manager present. They also offered to change our room but we liked our view. Overall our stay was pleasant and the service from the staff was great.

This property was centrally located to everywhere allowing us to walk to restaurants and attractions. The hotel was very quiet and very clean. We felt very safe during our stay. Although the housekeeping was only for 5 days or more, trash pickup option daily would be nice.

Traveling with family including a teenage daughter. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The Streetcar Cafe right beside the hotel was very convenient and good. The hotel room service was also very convenient and good with a good variety.
