We stayed a few nights in this aparthotel which was perfect considering the price paid.
The apar**ent was impeccable, the equipment sufficient for the use we had of it (the washing machine and dryer are an undeniable plus). We just missed kitchen towels.
The neighborhood is perhaps not the most interesting in New Orleans, but it has the advantage of being quite close to the tram and the bus allowing you to reach the city center quickly, and a 10-minute walk from the King Smoothie Center for those who want to go see an NBA game.
Some will say that the neighborhood is not very safe. We had no problem on our side (although we often walked home from the tram or bus and at night) so nothing to say about that.
I read comments complaining about the presence of homeless people... There are homeless people everywhere in New Orleans, they are no more dangerous on Gravier Street than in the French Quarter.
