Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans Resort by IHG

I was surprised by how good the hotel is relative to the price. I even got a suite. It also has all the nearby restaurants, so very convenient.

The 1 bedroom with a pull out sofa bed was good for our family. The room has all that you need for your stay. It is very close to Bourbon St...so if you need quiet, bring ear plugs. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Mrs. Sue was great! She has all of the great recommendations as do the other staff members. At this resort, you do not have to do anything with the trash or dishes before you leave. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants, Bourbon St and public transportation. I would stay here again.

I liked the fact that everyone was friendly! We did not get what we paid for (king bed) and no one informed me that our bed size was down graded.

Overall the property is in a great location in terms of Bourbon Street and the business district. I like the idea of having a feidge, microwave and full kitchen vs having to eat out constantly and having somewhere to sit other than your bed in a traditional hotel room. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is a little sketch after dark. The bed is not overly comfortable, the pillows are terrible. We are IHG owners and felt like this hotel wasn't the same caliber as other properties. Upon check in you are

The staff and location are excellent! I would stay here again. The only thing I really didn’t like about this hotel is that it doesn’t have daily housekeeping for some reason. I think that’s really weird and makes it more of an Airbnb experience. I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff! Shout out to William.

Very convenient located near everything. We stayed 4 nights with two small children. Felt very safe. Used the pool and laundry room. We had a problem with our air one night but it was quickly fixed. Breakfast would have been nice but overall hotel was great. Would definitely stay again

Everyone was absolutely lovely and helpful. The gentleman and Ms Sue at the door greet you like your family, just so sweet and pleasant. And they remember almost everyone by name! Amazing folks! It was conveniently located two blocks from bourbon street. Easily walkable to French quarters. It was actually walkable to everything. And still quieter than bourbon, and enough to relax in. Rooms were very spacious with full kitchen and fridge set up. Was able to store plenty of drinks to hydrate. They have lots of towels for you! So many food places near by. Plus the 24 hour chicken spot across the street! At 2 in the morning the chicken and boudin balls were a perfect late night snack. Traffic congestion around the valet area, but that's with most of the hotels in the area. Also, this is a timeshare resort. You will be subjected to timeshare presentations.
