The location was great due to the proximity to downtown and the French Quarter. Everything is within walking distance, and the shower was very nice. Tyrell assisted me with checking in and gave me all the information I needed. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again if I should take another trip to New Orleans.

This was a beautiful space. Nice and chill vibe. The place had board games and a bar with very unique cuisine. I had never tried anything like it before but it was wonderful. I was only slightly disappointed by the rooftop bar being closed on the first night. And actually, because of the signage, I just assumed it was closed indefinitely. I didn't realize until the night before we were supposed to check out that it had been reopened.

There was loud music playing until 12:30 throughout the hotel. I was not able to sleep and I did not know this prior to booking.

I was there in the winter and the heat wasn’t working in my room. First night, no one could fix it so I slept with all my clothes on plus jacket. Next day maintenance was supposed to fix it but never did. Staff didn’t make sure I was comfortable. Later another staff member came on duty who was very helpful. She tried several rooms until we could find one with the heat working. (And that was a lot of tries). The location was very convenient but the two male staff members didn’t help at all with making sure I was comfortable.

Une horreur, une chambre minuscule avec un sol sale et collant. Une petite fenêtre qui donne sur un puits de lumière. Même pas de quoi ouvrir ses bagages des murs,les sols ,les plafonds endommagés. Sans compter le samedi soir la musique à fond tard dans la nuit, impossible de dormir. Une odeur de moisi et d'humidité. Vraiment à déconseiller complètement. Seul chose positive le personnel était sympathique

I asked for a different room due to be placed right behind the front desk and request was denied . The walls are so thin I heard everytime some check in or when the employees were having a full conversation. I don’t recommend and won’t be going back

The management and staff at this hotel were excellent. But the hotel itself needs improvements.
Our room did not have a refrigerator as it should have. We had no tv remote on the first day. When we were brought one, the tv didn’t work. A staff member was able to fix this. No ice machines were working on our first 4 days.
And God only knows who decided on the paint design for our room but it was terrible. The wall had these design painted on it which looked like large amoebas. Who wants to lay in bed looking at something that is a reminder of bacteria. Not pretty.
We did like the location. It is about 8 blocks from the French Quarter, convenient to restaurants, entertainment and within about a fifteen minute brisk walk from everything we wanted to see.

Tyrell at the front desk was great! He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He goes above and beyond and ever recommends nice places for guests to go. I want to personally thank Tyrell for everything. He truly knows what it means to provide excellent customer service. The room was nice as well. The decorations were lovely. But the front desk area is awesome. It's a nice vibe there as well. I wasn't able to attend the yoga session but I think it's cool that that is offered for guests.

This is a terrible place to stay. First of all, when a room has a shared restroom, that should be mentioned clearly. I found that after arriving the hotel. The heating and cooling is central. Although they say, heating and cooling included, you get no advantage of that. I could not sleep well because of extra cold room. They don’t have blankets too. Room is very small, and not clean. My room had a corner small window with no certain. Could not sleep in the morning because of sunlight. Room service was bad. Didn’t even come to change the bed sheets and everything. Wifi signal was weak too. Overall horrible experience. Won’t recommend at all.
