I have to start by saying that almost every staff member that I came across was professional and tried to be helpful, the property is in a good location close to everything within walking distance, and across from the Mississippi River, the hotel was nice but nothing spectacular, I woke up with a sore back every day (never happens) In my opinion the food was average, but what I think it lacked the most was the little details that will take a property/ hotel/ chain a notch about the rest not sure how to explain it, but almost felt like staying at an overpriced Marriott, not trying to sound rude but not a true 5 star property feeling in my opinion to say the least. They didnt offer to take our luggage to our room upon arrival, they didn’t clean our room twice, just to say a few things, not a great experience

Beautiful property in the heart of New Orleans. A short walk to the French Quarters and other historical sites. Lovely place to stay while in New Orleans.

This hotel is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The entire experience there is unparalleled. Staff is so unbelievably kind, and I had no issues throughout my stay. I definitely will be heading back there one day!

The luggage took over a hour to reach our room once we checked in. Which caused us to miss our valentines prepaid dinner at another restaurant.
Housekeeping was informed 2 days prior to checking in that my girlfriend is allergic to down comforters and pillows. They did not have it removed from the room on arrival.

The property is great and conveniently located to the French Quarter and shopping. The amenities and staff were excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to NOLA.
